Summary: Second visit here. Perfect for family getaway with kids in winter. Also good spot for summer when watching Fuji Rock music Festival. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The location is easily walkable to Yuzawa Nakazato and the shuttle to the JR station is convenient. Do not miss out on the dinner buffet! Rooms are adequate for sleeping and the staff is top notch helpful!

Summary: Overall enjoyed our stay but there were a few small things that could have made our stay more fulfilling. The entire place is made kids friendly which was really touching and is a welcome attitude given we are a family with 2 kids. The breakfast spread was quite good but had very limited vegetarian options - again the kids section there was really awesome! Rooms were quite clean but a bit smaller than anticipated, the toilet exhaust was a bit low or not working which made it a bit awkward. Loved the dedicated kids play area, gachapon area, vending machines, coin laundry, pool was paid, onsens were excellent and the halloween themed setup was cute. We were really relieved with the dedicated Lawson combini in their lobby!!! How cool is that :)

Summary: Japanese, family focused hotel in Yuzawa snow region. They offer both Western and traditional Japanese type rooms. We had buffet breakfast and dinner included and they provided a great choice of both Western and Japanese food. Staff very friendly and helpful. There was a free bus shuttle from the train to the hotel and also free bus shuttle to other snow resorts in the area. We skied at Gala and this was fabulous.

Summary: They have a shuttle bus service for a 20min ride to Hotel. The bus runs every hour. Service is good, food is good, no complaints. Well the room is on the small side, this is Japan style.

Summary: The room is clean and spacious. The hot spring is good but the breakfast is yet to improve. The free shuttle bus is a bonus to customers.
