Summary: I made my reservations on Expedia. When I got to the hotel they had no reservation information for me. I reserve the large King expanded room and was given a very cramped small clean room. I was there on business and was working on a presentation in the Internet and the hotel was unbelievably slow really handicapped what I was trying to accomplish The room service food was remarkable and delicious however room service disconnected me 3 times while trying to order room service. I stated the hotel had to lose at least 15 times before and never had similar experiences I was very disappointed
