Summary: The hotel is very peaceful, the room was lovely, perfectly clean and has a minibar. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel manager is a genuinely kind and attentive lady. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it.

Summary: Like most Austrian hotels, they do not have air conditioning, so since it was 90 deg F when we visited, it was quite warm. However, that’s not the hotel’s fault. Everything else was great, convenient, and clean! The breakfast was wonderful!

Summary: The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. They gave us a map of the area and local attractions when we first arrived. The hotel is also right next to a train/metro line which was VERY convenient. Our one complaint was that the bed was rather hard and the pillows were very flat. However, the hotel staff gave us extra pillows, which greatly helped.

Summary: We had a nice stay in this hotel. The whole staff was very friendly. The hotel breakfast was wonderful with a lot of options. We enjoyed the super close proximity to the train station since we didn’t want to drive our rental car to down town.

Summary: PROs: Excellent position close to the underground station (15 minutes to reach the city center). A good cheap Austrian restaurant is at a couple of walking minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and the overall structure clean. Ad a whole an excellent solution to visit Vienna. CONS: Bathroom very small

Summary: Wonderful and helpful staff. The facilities are somewhat dated but the room was clean and tidy. Overall I would recommend it for a one or two night stay. Very close to the train station.
