Summary: Amazing resort! Such a beautiful setting. It’s like being in a luxurious jungle. Private rooms and private patio was incredible. Restaurant is excellent. My wife had one of the best massages of her life at the spa. Highly recommend!

Summary: “We understand your concerns but we have work to do” is what we were told when we noticed and heard that the roof above our room was being renovated. The banging was so hard, stuff were falling off the surfaces in the rooms. Then he followed up that “the construction is only from 10 am until 6 pm!” After many hours of waiting, we were moved to another room

Summary: Wow. Truly a hidden gem perfect for a relaxing getaway. We chose the weekday trip as we heard it gets really busy in Tepotzlan over the weekends. The property is kept beautifully with tropical gardens and mountain views from the pool. The rooms have cozy patios with fireplaces and they deliver coffee and cookies every morning. The food in the restaurant was so good we ate every meal there vs taking a taxi into town. Hope to be back soon!
