Positive: i dont eat breakfast, just coffee. location is good. its near to center of city and my favorite place, just 10-15 min walk and beautiful streets and buildings around to see on the road. there is no sea view, but i didn't wanted. i like city more then sea and beach.

Positive: The family who runs the place go out of their way to please the visitors and were extremely helpful! The room is well maintained and has most of the features of a three-star hotel with being one. We also had access to kitchen, the balcony and the garden, which allowed for some time nice in fresh air in the morning and late in the evening.
Negative: The hotel is a little way away from the central area of Batumi, so initially getting there without knowing the public transport options in town was a challenge. Some of the wall paint needs refreshing, but this could easily be fixed.
