Positive: From start to finish, our stay was perfect! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff deserves special mention, particularly Mr. Müller, who was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Even when I wasn't feeling well, they made the best out of the situation and helped is feel comfortable. This level of care is truly rare! The hotel meets all the criteria and even goes beyond expectations. Excellent location (central yet peaceful, right by the forest and across from the zoo), cleanliness, breakfast, kitchen, and fantastic staff. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful pet-friendly hotel, where all our requests and last-minute issues were handled without hesitation. Thank you!
