Summary: If you crave perfection...this is not your hotel. This is an older hotel in a spectacular location!! We rented a family suite. It had two bedrooms and a living room and slept 4 adults VERY comfortably. It is not a luxury hotel but it was clean and every request me made was met with cheerful compliance. My only complaint is that the shower is very small...think cruise ship small. It is a 1k walk to the train station to Cologne.

Summary: Customer service was good. I enquired about parking prior to arrival and the staff responded quickly and very helpful. Close to the tram for those wanting to go onto Köln city Center (10 min walk). The room was satisfactory. Nice view of the Rhine. Easy check in and out. Would happily stay again.
