Summary: Our stay at Hotel on Jakobsmarkt was very good. It was a 15 min walk from the train station. Room was clean. Not super spacious for three people since there was a pull-out bed couch which we used. Room was a little awkward to get to. It was on the 4th floor: elevator from ground floor to first floor, walk down the hallway, take the elevator to the third floor and take the stairs from the third floor to the fourth floor. Area around the hotel felt safe and not super loud or busy. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

Summary: The room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. However, the hotel has no lift, and my room was located in the annex building, which looks like an old historical house with several floors. I had to carry my heavy luggage up to the second floor, which was quite challenging. The sound insulation was also very poor — I could hear people talking in the next room and every footstep from the guests on the floor above. Also, not all staff members speak English, which can make communication a bit difficult. Overall, a mixed experience.

Summary: Room was good. Bed was good. Bathroom was cold with no ventilation. I bokked the charging station but the reception did not care so, the parking space was taken by another.
