Positive: Staff very helpful. The bar and outdoor terrace on the top floor were wonderful and the food was delicious and excellent value

Positive: The staff were friendly, polite and helpful- particularly the young man who served our breakfast each morning - excellent! Our room was spacious, well equipped and clean. The communal areas of the hotel were well cared for and inviting. The location of the hotel worked really well for us and provided a great base for our stay. Breakfast selection was excellent. The food was well cooked and served and very tasty. We ate at the restaurant each night and again the food was delicious! We highly recommend this hotel, we had an excellent stay!

Negative: Our only issue was the soundproofing on the corridors. This is an issue in hotels the world over and not unique to the Alwar Royals.
