Positive: Great stay, everything in the hotel looks new. The bedroom was huge and super comfortable, the room service worked fine, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was helpful and polite.

Negative: A bit pricey.

Positive: The parking was good. The room had an electric hot water kettle to make tea (many hotel rooms in Brazil do not have this).

Negative: The streets are one-way streets in that part of Concordia and they have recently changed directions. So my GPS could not get me to the hotel. The wifi was very poor in my room. When I would call someone the wifi would stop working every minute or two, which was frustrating.

Summary: Nice hotel, but it is difficult to get to with GPS and the wifi does not work very good.

Negative: This time the room 106 was not good. Make sure that you have a room on the higher floors. On the 1st floor a lot of noise from equipment on the roof
