Positive: I visited this hotel several times and I think it is the best option in the Concordia area because of the location. The last time I visited the hotel I’ve got a good room which seens to be renovated not long ago.

Negative: Be aware that some rooms are outdated and/or located inconveniently. Some rooms are close to the next door bar/restaurant and that can be noisy and smelly especially in the evenings. The hotel restaurant is ok for breakfast but not for diner. (There are much better options just outside the hotel. Maintenance could improve. At the reception it would be good to have English speaking personnel

Positive: Great stay, everything in the hotel looks new. The bedroom was huge and super comfortable, the room service worked fine, the breakfast was excellent, the staff was helpful and polite.

Negative: A bit pricey.

Positive: The parking was good. The room had an electric hot water kettle to make tea (many hotel rooms in Brazil do not have this).

Negative: The streets are one-way streets in that part of Concordia and they have recently changed directions. So my GPS could not get me to the hotel. The wifi was very poor in my room. When I would call someone the wifi would stop working every minute or two, which was frustrating.

Summary: Nice hotel, but it is difficult to get to with GPS and the wifi does not work very good.

Negative: This time the room 106 was not good. Make sure that you have a room on the higher floors. On the 1st floor a lot of noise from equipment on the roof
