Positive: Location. Cozy. Very good breakfast!

Negative: On the 6th floor the room of personal is very squeaky and you can hear it anytime through the room door. Water pressure in the shower quite weak. Bathroom and bedroom divided by sliding door, and as it always with sliding doors it does not give you enough sound privacy.
