Negative: I got a room where from 5am was starting a noise from the Poste that was downstairs and you could not sleep anymore, plus this the room has not aircon and is very hot inside .

Positive: Former Monastery now a hotel with history located by the Danube River. Wonderful clean hotel with large rooms and comfortable beds. We had two adjoining rooms with great view of the river and a gorgeous sunset to see. Ate dinner at the hotel outside in the courtyard, the food was delicious. Loved the serenity about the whole place. The hotel itself was very quiet and peaceful. Staff were great and very helpful. Would love to come back here again.

Positive: Location near Viena and the Danube, big family room with separate restroom, open shower though, nice breakfast, staff ok.

Negative: Room 102 with window to Post loading bay - or any other room in that direction to be avoided due to outside night noise! Does not matter if the bed was confortable if all the night the postal workers loaded and unloaded the metal carts - along with diesel engine noise. Proposal for improvement: change the old wood windows with some with sound barrier - old building near (Music school) had them installed.
