Positive: A secure hotel in this stopover town between Nazca and Arequipa. The parking lot allows for safe parking. The neighborhood is quiet (set back from the Panamericana Sur).
Negative: I would have appreciated if breakfast had been offered. The rooms are a bit small - but enough for one night.
