Positive: Great rooms on the back of the property. Very clean, very nice staff. Breakfast was nice, Ideal for going into town with the tram.
Negative: First night had a room on the Main Street, even though we had booked a comfort room on the rear. It was very loud with the window open, But the hotel did change this the next morning and gave a free breakfast as an apology. No refrigerator in the rooms.
Summary: Very nice hotel, great staff and clean, just avoid being on the road side if you need the window open.

Positive: Very close to Tinguely Museum, wich is what we wanted to visit. Awesome room on top floor, very large with a roof-terrace. Nice 70's pink bathroom and bathtub. Great spot for parties! We will have to return for that. :-) Friendly host.
Negative: Couldnt get the coffee maker to make me coffee. It kept on running till the water was depleted. A small water cooker is always nice to have also. But it was all fine really.
Summary: Top room on top location in Basel.
