Positive: This place is what you'd expect: clean, good bed, great location, good size room, towels and sheets changed on time. I felt safe and it helped me have a great experience in Cluj. The staff though, their friendliness and their wilingness to help, with a good coffee or a place to print things in the city or a good place to eat, etc etc. Thanks to the staff I got to the airport on time, they are a real gem.

Negative: I would have wanted 2 pillows, but I also didn't ask. I am sure they would have provided one had I asked.

Positive: I benefited from an unexpected room upgrade – a very pleasant surprise! The staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were sociable, kind and friendly. The location of the hotel was a great advantage for the purpose of my visit to Cluj, and it was just a few minutes walk from the central square. The room felt fresh and clean, and the air conditioner worked well on a hot day.

Negative: Splitting the inner courtyard with neighbors for parking is a bit unusual and can be challenging when passing by the corner of the building with a larger car...
