Positive: Location is great, within walking distance of great cafes, restaurants, van terminals, and pharmacies. It was good to go on a food trip in Tacloban. Staff at reception and at the restaurant during breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Room was above average, appreciated the sitting area. Good lighting.

Negative: WiFi signal was very weak inside the room, and kept disconnecting. Cellphone signals also very weak. Beds hard, tho we had a good sleep. The window grill of the aircon kept sliding down and blew cold air directly onto my bed and onto me, and the thin blanket wasn't able to keep the cold off me. Breakfast buffet choices were disappointing. Would have preferred fresh fish or dried/smoked instead of canned tuna and hotdog. This is Tacloban, after all, where fresh seafood abounds. No water dispenser, only very little plastic bottles of water were provided.

Negative: The swimming pool , Very very deceiving on the size from the website picture, it could do with a clean as the water was a bit smelly plus there were bits and pieces of debris on the swimming pool floor, this was my picked up by my daughter as well

Negative: Couldn't get basic information like to go to bus station from man in reception. He wasn't help full at all. Also when ask for additional pillows ( those supplied were very flat) I was asked to pay extra fee. First time I met such request/arrangements.
