Positive: Location was fab Third room was lovely, small but huge balcony Staff were helpful and meant well but abit slow Very clean room Good coffee (when you could get one)

Negative: We had issues with our room and ended up moving 3 times for 4 nights. Which was a tad annoying Our first room, one of the beds was broken so they moved us.. the second room was on the front side of the hotel which was extremely noisy overnight and no privacy on windows from main road and had no balcony Horrendously basic breakfast. 3 types of bread based items and a yogurt DO NOT ADD BREAKFAST, we ended up buying items such as ham & cheese to try and save the breakfast Shared kitchen was not a shared kitchen.. it was a sink and come cupboards Paper cups in rooms.. awful!!! For hot and cold drinks Lift was temperamental!! Hated having to drop key off before going out. Sometimes it took a while for someone to open the door. Poor plug sockets available

Summary: Basic but value. Dont have high expectations.. location great!!

Positive: Quiet location and easy walking distance to centre

Negative: No proper welcome on arrival. The included breakfast was very poor. No variety,it was the same every day I.E. one large cob (bread roll) one small brioche roll, one small chocolate au pain,a cheese triangle, two portions of butter and one of jam and a yoghurt,all presented to you in a basket. Drinks available were tea,coffee or fruit juice
