Positive: Rooms are very good and have everything you need, the breakfast is great and the lady is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately self service booking in is terrible, it wants your post code in the UK We use letters and numbers but the machine does not have this. When I actually worked out I could put any number in there the machine started to print my door key but then stopped. In the end I found the number for the night person who in the end came out and gave me a key. This process took over 1 hour from getting there to getting in my room.
