Positive: The property location is excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and the best of all, it had a door that led directly to a small porch from which you could just step down to the beach. Unfortunately, our visit was in February so the water was too cold to swim, but I imagine in the Summer this would be a perfect place to stay a few days. The view was stunning. The food for breakfast was excellent. The price was very fair for what you got. I would love to stay there again if I went to that area.

Negative: The sign for the hotel is hard to see if you drive West on Via Appia, especially at night. They could have a better sign visible from both ways. The road is relatively high comparing with the water level and the hotel is lower by the beach, so it is not very visible while you drive on the road. We arrived at night driving West and passed it. After we turned around, coming from the other direction we were able to see the sign.
