Positive: Very good breakfast. Room was spacious equipped with all we needed. Very peaceful hotel to stay as limited number of rooms and guests.
Negative: Price/quality at Spa was not balanced. Especially time slot of 50 minutes was very short and charged with very high price.

Positive: The room itself was normal and comfortable, and some of the staff members were very friendly.
Negative: We felt deceived by the hotel's amenities. First, one of the reasons we booked this place was to enjoy dinner at their restaurant (no nice restaurants anywhere near the hotel). Upon arrival, we were told the restaurant is closed and is only for private events; however, their website seems to indicate a normal restaurant with a la carte menu and so on, and even an information pack received from them on the check-in day suggested it was a regular restaurant. Second, we booked this hotel so we could spend some time in the pool. However, their "spa" (a small pool and a sauna) was only available for private use on short periods of time, and by paying a separate fee. We paid 74EUR for 2 adults and a toddler for rights to use the "spa" for 50mins. Way too expensive. Also, this price was different than announced in their pamphlets at the reception. When I asked why, the answer was that customers who booked their rooms on booking dot com pay more. There was a feeling of being taken advantage of by a hotel that i think tries to pose as high end hotel but was just normal.

Positive: really nice and cozy place. our room was really cute and clean. i really liked the unique art pieces that we had in the room. great location for winter activities. breakfast had options for vegetarians so that was really nice too.

Positive: It was close to ski lifts, the hotel is nice and the rooms are comfortable.
Negative: Reception and kitchen closes very early (4 pm) and you can"t have access to restaurant. If they accept guests to stay at the hotel, then all the staff they need including their chef should be ready to provide service. The hotel owner is a very nice person and so helpful while the receptionist is making everything hard is a NO person. You can use the spa by.reserving and it is charged per person!
