Summary: I requested a specific room type which I had been allocated, but unfortunately it wasn’t cleaned even an hour after check in so the system isn’t working very well. It was quiet at the back of the hotel but we were right by a big AC system outside. It isn’t clear at all how to drop off here. You can park on the road and pay online per 15 mins, the car park at the back had the barrier down when we arrived and we didn’t want to block the road.

Summary: Location of this hotel was great, the red line was right across the street from the hotel and only 4 stops into central boston. Area was nice and quiet. Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable also and the shower was amazing, good pressure and nice toiletries.
