Positive: We had a wonderful stay as a family. Although it is officially a three-star hotel, the service and breakfast are definitely at a four-star level. The room was simple but comfortable, with a very clean and pleasant atmosphere that allowed us to sleep well every night. We especially appreciated the thoughtfully designed children’s playroom. The location is also very convenient, with convenience stores, restaurants, a park, a bus stop, as well as massage and beauty salons nearby.

Negative: One small suggestion would be to add a quiet space for adults to work or enjoy a coffee — that would make the experience even better.

Positive: 1. Delicious, varied, filling breakfasts made from original recipes. The most memorable aspects of breakfast were the wide selection of honey and the exceptionally flavorful fermented vegetable juices (cabbage, beetroot, cucumber). 2. Room service was attentive—towels were changed daily. 3. Very respectful and friendly hotel staff – the employees stood up every time we entered the hotel. 4. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, with new furniture and equipment.

Negative: 1. The hotel room was gloomy (reminiscent of a bunker), dark, and poorly ventilated. Throughout our stay, the room was stuffy and humid. We really needed air conditioning! 2. The uncomfortable, soft mattresses made it difficult to rest. 3. The constantly clogged shower stall was also annoying.

Positive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Ewa who checked us in. Always greeted when we walk into the hotel and asked how our day had been.

Negative: Mattress topper has seen better days. But we took that off and the actual bed was very comfortable.

Positive: Room was spacious and with a fridge. Serviced by a lift which really helped with my bike box! Nice size dining room with an excellent breakfast selection. The staff were really great, very friendly and courteous going over and above. Nothing was too much trouble.

Negative: The bed quilts could be bigger other than that nothing to dislike.

Summary: A good value hotel with an excellent breakfast choice and serviced by a great crew of staff!
