Positive: A reliable good place to stay with great staff - I've stayed many times over the years visiting KL.

Negative: A new nightclub has recently opened next door playing loud bass music most nights from 10pm-3am. So the loud booming music combined with loud patrons outside until 3-4am makes it very difficult/impossible to sleep in some rooms. So you need to pick your room carefully if loud noise all night bothers you. So sad since this was my default place to stay for years. I hardly slept this 4 night stay.

Summary: Reliable good hotel but now with loud nightclub next door

Positive: The staff was very great. The lady at the counter is lovely and always happy to help. Thumbs up for the boy working evening shifts too. I booked a small double room, it was cosy and perfect for a short stay. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from the central market.

Positive: Upon check-in to the place, it was hard to ignore the noise coming from the pub/bar next door, and I have asked for cancelation/refund before even seeing the room. Got one without any issue....

Negative: But if it's stated on the details or via message, I wouldn't bother to go there. At 3am, I had to find another place and wasted lots of time.
