Positive: We had the two bedroom suite on the ground floor. Beautifully furnished. Had fridge and coffee maker. Clean washrooms. Great location close to restaurants and sights. Staff were incredible! We landed at 6am and got into the city by 9. They let us check in early so that my kids could rest.

Negative: Our unit was beside an alleyway close to a bar. It got loud at night

Positive: Room was really comfortable and spacious, beautiful view from the balcony, great, helpful staff and excellent location!

Negative: There was a bath in the room but no plug so we couldn't use it, also the water, warm and cold, had a distinct smell of sulphur!

Summary: Overall great stay, would recommend. Get the breakfast - cheaper than restaurants in Reykjavik!
