Summary: This property is less than twenty minutes from everything you need and secluded enough to feel like your in your own land. The hot tub was great for relaxing and stargazing. The patio is enclosed so you can let your pet out without worry. The only downside I found was there was olnit a dishwasher although the paperwork seemed to hint at

The view from the hot tub was gorgeous and the deck was perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The heating situation in the living room was not ideal, but the mini splits in the bedrooms kept us warm throughout the night.

The only tiny little annoyance was getting a text at 7:30AM on checkout day asking if we were leaving earlier than the 10:00am checkout time. I understand it was a busy weekend but when I go on vacation the last thing I want to hear is my phone alerting to texts and emails, especially before I’m out of bed.

Summary: The home was beautiful, the deck well maintained and the hottub very clean! Just FYI that the "neighborhood" seemed a little like a junkyard - but this cabin is a gem once you get through that. Communication is not the typical way throught the VRBO app, but the assigned representative was communicative.

Summary: This is a great location to explore Pagosa Springs. Quiet area within a few miles of town and Chimney Rock (really cool, take the guided tour at the top). Quick trip to restaurants or all amenities to cook or grill at the house. Lots of hiking opportunities and balloon rides! House was very nice and great communication with the property manager.
