Summary: Stayed for a few nights with some friends (2 couples). Nice and close to the wine route. Nice private backyard. House is well equipped with essentials and a nice layout.

Summary: The home is beautiful with great amenities. She was very responsive. Easy check-in and check-out. Lovely neighbors. Nearby public beach very nice. Middle of wine country. Very private.. there was a tornado a day or two before we arrived, so not sure how this affected the home before arrival. Poorly maintained landscaping and yard Ants throughout the kitchen, had to throw out food Not allowed to flush toilet paper due to sensitive septic ( should had been in the description of the house). Private beach was a little too much sea weed and not what we were hoping for. There were bees and biting flies The hot tub was dirty and off. We had to clean it to be able to use it. The hot tub had obviously not been cleaned in a while.
