**Please Note: Guest will have access to the studio and the deck attached to the studio on its side as well as the hot tub area. The hot tub is only for your use. If anyone happens to be in the main house during your stay they will not have access to the hot tub during your time reserved at the studio.
**Please Note: There is no oven or washer and dryer provided at the studio for guest to use. There is ONLY a microwave convection oven for preparing meals this studio is not equipped with a full kitchen**
**Please Note: Guest do not have access to the main house or the main house deck. No one lives in the main house full time but occasionally the homeowners or their guest may be there. Guest will have access to the entire property in regards to the land the studio sits on.
**Please Note: There are around 50 beautiful acres to hike on and the property has some amazing features such as a pond and the river to check out as well. Please understand you take full responsibility and all risk when hiking on the property. The homeowners nor Pristine Vacation Rentals will be held liable for any injury.

You are reserving a luxury vacation cabin with Pristine Vacation Rentals, the top vacation rental company in the area with 100% customer satisfaction and five star reviews across the board from VRBO, Flipkey etc…A few days prior to your arrival you will receive the cabins address, check-in/check-out instructions, door entry codes, wifi codes, house and property information as well as local suggestions of things to experience. If you reserved the property directly from our website you will receive this information in an email. If reserved the property through a third party platform such as VRBO, Flip Key, etc... They will provide you with this information. When reserved through VRBO the information will be sent to you the message thread where you booked the property and received your reservation confirmation message as well. Please respect the neighbors and clean up after yourselves.
GUESTS ARE EMAILED CODE TO ACCESS, DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROPERTY. PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, NO OFFICE VISIT TO PICK UP KEYS!

This is a SMOKE FREE environment! Please don't smoke in the cabin. If you choose to smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts.
PHONE SERVICE: Cell phone reception is generally good, but it can be spotty at times. We are in the mountains.
CHILDREN: This house is not child-proofed for young children. There are also no accommodations for babies.
SUPPLIES: Groceries and supplies are available within 5 to 10 miles, but we suggest guests bring what they may need for immediate use so they can stay and relax on the property for their first meals, if so desired.
NO SMOKING POLICY due to guest and owner allergies. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $200 if you smoke inside the cabin. If you smoke outside please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera located on the main house facing the driveway and a camera located on the side of the studio facing the parking area for the studio. These are only for security purposes. Cameras are motion detected and record for 20 secs when they detect motion, they also have audio.
