- The garage is used for the game room, meaning parking will consist of the 2 driveway spots and street parking. There is usually plenty of close parking though.
- The house is on the smaller size in sq ft, which causes the bedrooms to feel a little smaller. We have put a lot of time making the living room, garage and patio into great hangout areas though so you do not need to spend too much time in the bedrooms.
This property is a good sized single family home with enough space to sleep up to 9 people. You will have 3 bedrooms, a good sized living room, large patio and game room in the garage. Sleeping arrangement is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, a full bunk bed (can sleep up to 4) and a good sized couch in the living room if someone wishes to sleep there.

Summary: We stayed at this house for a couple of months due to renovations being done at our house and it was a perfect home away from home. The house is a great size and just beautiful. The hot tub was a great perk along with the outdoor fire pit. The game room/garage was perfect for my teenage kids as a hang out area. Honestly just a great home. The only thing that was kind of annoying was the neighbors across the street…they have 2 hummers and I large truck and they park everywhere besides their driveway which would include the front of this house and didn’t leave space for anyone else. Other than that everything was perfect

Summary: Everything was exactly as it was described on VRBO. The game room came in very handy as we had a couple of teens. Beds were super comfortable and it was great having a TV in all rooms! Hot tub was well maintained with chemicals, etc. The neighborhood was even better than what I pictured. Owner was quick to respond before and during our stay. Beautiful home and we hope to return again soon!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay here! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We all loved the game room in the garage and chilling in the hot tub at night before bed. Plus, a whole back yard to enjoy as well. Easy check in/out process. Roku TV to sign into any streaming service. The comfy beds were a great bonus. We will definitely be back again. Highly recommended for a perfect family vacation!
