Positive: Exceptional service. I’ve come from London and this hotel is on par with the Ritz and the Connaught in London. Genuinely the best experience I’ve had so far, the team went above and beyond and even offered to pick me up from the station. Miguel and the team have done a wonderful job, and would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were modern, a good breakfast, and well placed to the town such that it wasn’t too central but still quiet. Phenomenal value for money - I will be back.

Negative: Location wasn’t very close to town for walking. Acoustics were not good. Room 2- we were kept awake by people talking loudly in lobby until almost midnight.
