Positive: I stayed at Hostel Nube Miá initially 3 nights and then extended my stay another 5 days. I stayed at a couple other Hostels in Guadalajara but I found Nube Miá the best. The hostel is new, well thought out and very clean. The rooms and common areas were cleaned every day. Well secured place; all the rooms, bathrooms, showers and the main entrance has e-key access for guests only. A lot of thought has been given to the design of the place to make it comfortable and convenient for the guests, ex: the showers have an extra space to change and keep your belongings. The bed cubicles have a bit extra elbow room and dark curtains to block light. The living room and terrace are spacious, have a good layout, practical furniture and great views. This is a quiet place, which I enjoyed very much as I’ve been to hostels that played loud music all day long. Location? … short walk to most cultural sites, 3 min to the supermarket, and metro stop by the entrance to the hostel … couldn’t get any easier. I also noticed the hostel has good energy; the owners and staff were attentive and carrying and I felt welcomed there. I really enjoyed my stay at Hostel Nube Miá.

Negative: There were 2 e-keys (cards) for the room & common areas. I made a suggestion to the owner that 1 e-key would be more convenient. He said it’ll be an easy fix … and made me 1 new e-key.

Positive: Everything is new, clean, well thought out in design. Very convenient location, breakfast included.

Negative: Error in text of description: Damage deposit is 2,000MEX, not 2,000USD. If you have mobility issues, this location will not work for you as it's necessary to climb stairs.
