Lipi House offers one hectare of wooded park, historic mortars, access to the Calabalumba River and a spectacular viewpoint of the Uritorco and Gemelas hills.
We are seven blocks from the town center, crossing the river, it is a very quiet area where you can rest, enjoy nature, meet other travelers and feel at home. We have a SUM with a kitchen and barbecue so you can cook or have a good time, an outdoor pool and a wonderful park.
Our rooms have a maximum capacity for four people and all have a private bathroom with hot water 24 hours a day and sommier beds. Every day, in the morning, the rooms are cleaned for your convenience and comfort. All our rooms are named after Latin American countries as we are completely proud to belong to this magnificent region.
