Positive: Very friendly staff. Yovana satisfied all our requirements. Actually she completely spoiled us and we felt exactly at home. Highly recommended. Now we know where to stay if we go to Cusco again.

Positive: Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The lady asked me if I was happy with my room and I mentioned it was a little loud, she offer another room straight away and made sure I was comfortable
