Positive: Superb location, on a quiet street surrounded by art galleries, walking distance to old town. Staff were lovely and friendly, the building itself is gorgeous, the shared bathrooms were clean, the room was really nice too.

Negative: Nothing, really.

Positive: Very good location right in the center of Palma. Close to streets where you can park your car and from a walking distance to everything (attractions, restaurants, shops…). Super quiet place and very helpful hosts!

Negative: The amenities are quite basic but still very confortable!

Positive: This property could not have been in a more perfect location to explore the old town of Palma, and it was in a stunningly beautiful historical building.

Negative: My only grievance was that the air-conditioning wasn’t working, but they provided me with a fan and I open the windows and I slept like a baby despite the hot temps.

Summary: I love this experience and I would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

Positive: Beautiful space, great location, welcoming, kind staff with good recommendations for places to go & eat. Felt like an authentic introduction to Palma.

Negative: Room was quite small but reasonable for price. Lots of stairs but staff helped me and were very accommodating with my young baby.

Positive: Fantastic location right in old town Palma. Hostal Pons has charm and character, the staff were wonderful and set us up in beautiful rooms, doing everything they could to grant our special request. Muchas Gracias! We couldn’t be happier about where we stayed. Bathroom was super clean and comfortable too.

Summary: Wonderful place, full of charm and kind, helpful hosts. The best in old town Palma!
