Summary: initially, it was difficult to find as the taxi driver could not locate, so I’m gonna include a photo of the road. It’s on and a picture of the hotel.. other than that, it’s a lovely place. We had two beds with air conditioning with a balcony that we sat and ate our breakfast in the… it’s a little bit of a distance to the town, but 10 or 15 minutes maximum.. the most important thing Rocio, the host is absolutely one of the sweetest lovely person I’ve ever met.. she was there to help us with everything from getting tours, making sure we had water. She even loaned me her water bottle.!.. was always there whenever we needed her… I think this will be a very enjoyable day for anybody highly recommend it.

Summary: In the room a light bulb was out, the shower head was cracked and clogged so water went everywhere, and the shower drain was clogged. Beside that it was impresive. Their service (staff) is impecable, extremely good. The rooms are beautiful, beds very comfortable, good towels, and so on. We'll stay there again.

Summary: Helpful staff. Comfortable room and bed, very clean. The office stored my bags so that I could explore Quito after checking out. And, provided a shuttle to the airport.

Summary: The room was lovely and comfortable for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again. However, there are some caveats. Expedia advertises that this hotel includes a free airport shuttle. That is not true. Also, it is not at all clear how to communicate with the hotel. They prefer WhatsApp and the staff only speaks Spanish (maybe Chinese also, not sure).

Summary: This is our favourite hotel when flying through Quito. Great value, clean, perfect for this stopover sleep. Includes transfer to the airport.
