Positive: We were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us around and made us feel important. The decorative touches in the room made it feel so homey. A huge bonus is having a teapot and coffee sachets in the room with more supplies in the hallway. In the morning when I left my hiking poles in the room, she chased me down to return them! Bless you.
