Positive: Location was excellent for my INM immigration appointment. Incredibly helpful and pleasant staff. They helped me late at night find a copy place which saved me from having to get up early. Everything was clean. A few decent places to eat nearby. I recommend the bon appétit Café. I stayed for two nights and was satisfied.

Negative: Things were as described, it is a budget place to stay in Pachuca. So based on value, at around 400-500 pesos a night for a private room and private bathroom, I still rate them an 8 out of 10. Walls are thin however so if you are light sleeper bring earplugs in case other guests are late night people. Improvements would be more places to hang out, some refreshed bedding in the rooms, a little bit more warmth in the decor in the rooms. With those things in place, I would've felt more comfortable with choosing this place for a longer stay, but for two nights it did the job well, but I wouldn't have wanted to stay too much longer without some modifications.

Summary: A great value budget option of Pachuca. Very friendly staff!

Positive: Good location and value for money. Close to some nice cafés and a short colectivo or a 25 minute walk from the main bus or centre of Pachuca.

Negative: A small kitchenette would be welcome.

Positive: i actually stood here more than one day, i think three days. the manager was extremely helpful. shower was beautiful, everything was beautiful. i even asked if i could move to a floor with a smart TV because i got bored. now i live in pachuca

Negative: the directions they give on booking of their address confuses taxi drivers. this isn't something i don't like - this is something that should just be more accurate. the hostel is literally behind a white gate fence. when you open the gate fence - you have to walk maybe 100 feet more to the hostel. it's absolutely nothing but you have to realize it's not on the street, it was extremely confusing to me on minute 1 but as soon as i realized where i was, i felt completely comfortable.

Negative: The shower drain was fully cloaked, so the water rub after a 2 minutes shower into the room. No payment with card. Receptionist seemed a bit lost.
