Positive: Perfectly located right on the beach. Small and friendly hotel with very friendly young staff. Great breakfast with good coffee made to order, freshly squeezed orange juice, high quality and fresh food. Good restaurant for lunch and dinner with reasonably priced menu provided for guests, serving fresh locally grown produce from their farm, generous portions and excellent quality. Outdoor terrace setting also perfect for dining right on the waterfront.
Negative: So the rooms might be a bit small with small bathrooms but everything worked perfectly and the quality of the breakfast and restaurant, the hotels position right on the beach with lovely outdoor terrace makes it all feel like a much classier hotel.

Positive: Breakfast was nice. Yogurt, jams very good. Enjoyed the tortilla as well. Also, must add, the coffee, it was very nice to have a real coffee. Thank you. The room was tidy, a bit small, but that was ok. We knew it wasn't going to be a big room. The location was the bonus, right on the beach. That was perfect. We could leave the room and go for nice long walks.
Negative: Service. It could have been more friendly. I suppose it was near the end of the season, and I understand a bit of burnout, but none the less, it could have been better.
Summary: A beauty spot on the Costa Brava, quiet, peaceful.

Negative: Web promo was a bit misleading. Looked like there was a small balcony towards ocean. No end tables next to beds. View was non-existent (looked out over an empty and not kept-up backyard. later saw this in fine print but should be more visible to client.

Negative: The check in process was a bit long and they required quite a lot of information to fill in. Also, the pet fee of 20 EUR per night was a bit high.
