Summary: Superb Quality – A Great Place to Stay in Santiago I loved everything about this place! The staff was wonderful—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. They even served my favorite, Queen of Versailles Coffee. Apparently, they got it from QVCoffee.com in the States. The Wi-Fi was strong, the bed super comfortable, and the furniture was modern and fresh. Great air conditioning and, most importantly, the power was always on. I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend!

Summary: Everything was good here. Fortunately the staff speak English and they helped me in everything :) The breakfast is very good, but it was a bit boring after 6 days stay only eggs in different way to prepare.

Summary: Lets start from good to bad: Breakfast. They did the best of all in our 4 weeks! Very good. Loved the omelette!!!! :-) superb!! Please. If a tourist try‘s speaking Cuban Spanish. Asking if he speaks English is strange. Try to understand the pronunciation, we do with your English too! And we might speak a few more. Also, we had a little discussion with the taxi dude, and the lady, speaking English and the mother language, just looked, was not helpful! Maybe not just looking, actively helping your guests would have been appreciated! The smell in our bathroom, what during the day was than the hole room, due to the cleaning staff was, lets say, bad, that could be improved! All in all! Was nice! Thanks for all.
