Summary: Unfortunately there was an issue with their booking system and, although hotels,com showed that they had 3 nights free, they contacted me the morning of my stay to say they could only accommodate me for 2 nights, and I had to move for that last night, which was a bit annoying. But, saying that, the hotel was very comfortable for those 2 nights, quiet and breakfast was very tasty. And the room was very clean.

Summary: The staff was amazing. My wife was sick when we arrived. They went out of the way to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. It was also one of the cleanest hotels we havw stayed at in Ecuador.
