Positive: Great location and reception staff. Facilities are not fancy at all, but what you expect from a hostal like this. They very kindly allowed me to leave my bags before and after check-in/out

Negative: It was insanely hot which made it very hard to sleep, even after opening a window in winter. Probably due to bank holiday weekend I paid €200 for this room. Not worth that money but good if it was budget

Positive: The front desk staff was very accommodating and made me feel very welcome there. My room was perfect for my needs. I've stayed here on multiple previous visits to Madrid and for me the value and location along with the entire staff make this an easy choice for me.

Positive: The hostal was super clean, it smelled incredible. The staff was so nice and we felt very welcomed.

Negative: The entrance it's hard to find but the location overall is great.
