Negative: Not especially clean. Heating system makes very loud and constant clicking noise when it switches on at 2 o'clock in the morning, consequently disrupted sleep.

Negative: we had problems with HOST AND STAY. WE MADE PAYMENT WITH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD,WE HAD MESSAGES SAYING PAYMENT HAD NOT BEEN MADE. YET OUR BANK STATEMENT SHOWED PAYMENT TAKEN AND CLEARED. CONTINUAL MESSAGES EVEN ON MY MOBILE ANSWER PHONE. .IT WAS VERY STRESSFUL,AS WE THOUGHT WE HAD BEEN SCAMMED. OUR SON HAD TO HELP CLARIFY THE COMPANY WERE OK. EVEN ALTHOUGH WE HAD PRINT OUT SHOWINGBOOKING AND PAYMENT CONFIRMED. STILL GETTING CONFUSING TEXTS/MESSAGES AS WE TRAVELLED TO OUR DESTINATION.

Positive: It was a beautiful quaint property. The upstairs living/ dining/ kitchen area was super. An easy and enjoyable walk into the town and the Coop was very well stocked. The woods are also walkable, had a little stop on the was back at one of the Station Road coffee shops! Although the main bedroom was a little small it was comfortable and adequate.
Negative: Check out time of 10 am was a little early we thought and perhaps a 3pm check in would have been more suitable

Positive: Location Great potential but too many flaws to give a good review. Bedding/Towels excellent.
Negative: After a long journey, first impressions weren’t good. Hard to find location. Signage poor. Spiders’ web seen first! Calcium stains/ build up on kettle/ utensils..bad start. Dirty oven. Deep clean needed. Photos looked great but cream furniture/ carpet is asking for trouble. Marks detract from great ideas. Too much unused/ dirty Crockery. Coasters yuk! Poor quality cutlery. Why so much? Give us more space to store our food. Generous to leave some consumables… but…. old/ stale…no thanks. Have you looked in the bathroom… ? toothbrush mug?? Cleaning products visible and corner looks shoddy. Other aspects of bathroom good… but small of course. Heating ( after working it all out?) / hot water good. TV frustration! Instructions wrong. Don’t need hassle on arrival! Should all be welcoming! Have you touched the torch/ bottle opener? Yuk! Night lights great… but limbo skills needed to get into bed! Up for a wee in the night? Major operation. Heavy rain on Tuesday 3rd June ..drips of rain through the roof… onto laminate flooring from beam above the oven area.

Positive: Location is perfect for us and peacefulness was lovely. beautiful setting in countryside. Only a short walk to Snettisham Village.
Negative: check out by 10am is bit early. Check in at 4pm is a bit late.
