Positive: Sad that I was given the wrong code for the lodge and had to search for lodge

Negative: What we didn’t like was a. No one there to meet us l b. Lodge was lovely but the bed was horrendous and needs to be replaced at once, was so old. c. Cooker dangerous as red hot door kept swinging too. Obviously not level. d. tap in kitchen swings around, not good. e. Both plugs to sinks in bathrooms don’t work very well and are sticking

Positive: The chalet was nice and comfortable and had everything we needed and the views were amazing

Negative: The WiFi was terrible. Could not get a signal anywhere and the WiFi was so weak it didnt let us open anything. Plus the televisions in the bedrooms wouldn't work because there was the WiFi was so bad.

Positive: The location was beautiful, a lovely holiday park and a lovely front lake setting. Very peaceful and the fishing was great for my son and husband.

Negative: The property had a smell of damp which went when we turned the heating on but came back when it went off.
