Positive: Good budget hotel. Comfortable bed. Nice complimentary snacks and water.

Negative: A bit run down. Breakfast was very basic. Shower diverter could only turn on or off...but I could not adjust the temperature. I could hear cars on road...needed ear plugs.

Positive: Many other reviews indicated this was an older hotel but well maintained, which is why I decided to try it. As many reviews indicated, it was very clean room, staff at check in was helpful about places to eat. Breakfast was very good.

Summary: I would stay here again without hesitation.

Negative: Blackout curtains did not tame the very bright lights outside so there was too much light in the room all night. The carpet needed cleaning.

Positive: What I liked. I like to go with the classic Americana, mom and pop, motel/hotel. Its a bit nostalgic and with most hotels being chain megaplexes, i like the simpler drive up small feel of a classic motel.

Negative: Restaurant was closed, grounds need maintenance and upkeep to look more inviting.

Summary: Comfy bed, cold A/C, and free popcorn! A budget room at half the price of hotels nearby.

Positive: For the price, the room was fine for one night. Would NEVER return here.

Negative: It was incredibly dated. Ceiling and walls were pealing, overall appeared like it needed major renovations. We had a non-smoking room, but there was a flower pot with cigarette butts right outside our door. Every time we left our room, someone was smoking out there. It was disgusting to walk through. The shower nozzle didn't work. The water in the bathtub would run, but then the shower wouldn't turn on. Breakers kept blowing at breakfast, so we didn't really get to use anything that needed warmed. One of the workers at breakfast was very kind and apologetic, the other was quite rude. He scolded my son for putting waffle batter in a cup, hoping to make a waffle. He had not touched the waffle maker (as stated before, the fuses kept blowing). There was a sign that said 16 and under need adult supervision to use the waffle maker. I was standing right next to him. He felt embarrassed, we left shortly after. This hotel is in desperate need of repair. We chose it because it had decent reviews and for the cost. If we are ever passing through again, we will pay more and stay elsewhere.
