Negative: Eco on the open court corridor. We can hear every guest slamming doors,specially a whole bus of young sports team,chanting out loud at late hours.

Positive: Everything was great. Good quiet room. Nice bar snacks. Good breakfast.

Negative: The room was quite warm which was a concern having our dog with us. We couldn't turn the a/c down but this wasn't a problem as we opened the window which prevented the a/c from working. Security was not an issue as there was a substantial grille on the window.

Summary: Good value and excellent staff.

Positive: Lovely staff, nice bar and restaurant. Evening meal of high standard with superb presentation. Good breakfast. Plenty of parking. Comfortable room to a high standard. Hotel is out of town but everything you need is onsite. Sensible prices.

Positive: Beautiful building in a magical location, en route to Andalucia. Lovely professional staff. Didn't use pool as not yet available. Everything was superb, except dinner.

Negative: We had opted for half-board. Breakfast was acceptable and varied. Regrettably, dinner a bit of a disaster, with relatively poor service by an overworked but pleasant young man. The reason for the extremely cheap cost soon became obvious. The included dinner was quite simply amateurish. It would appear to be that paying more for the set dinner would be the better choice.

Summary: Get away from it all in Extremadura.

Positive: Receptionist Laura was excellent and very helpful. Building is beautiful but is starting to need some TLC. Breakfast was very good.

Negative: Out of season so restaurant was closed but cafeteria had combined restaurant/cafeteria menu, although the menu was overall disappointing. The restaurant staff could have been more attentive. They did not have ANY SPANISH BRANDY.

Summary: Very enjoyable, but for the restaurant/cafeteria, it could have been a lot better.
