Summary: This property was priced low budget. The area would appear rough if one doesn't travel to certain areas.It wasn't 5 star but it wasn't terrible. A place to lay your head safely for a few days. Carmen was nice. Give them some time to get back to you.

Summary: The place we stayed at Hospedaje Primavera did NOT look like the pictures that were described online. To begin with, we were unable to confirm booking with a call 48 hours in advance as stated in booking. Then when we arrived, Carmen, the manager, stated the owner never picks up the phone, we should have called her. She gave us her personal number. When we arrive to our room, it is small and dingy. It looked NOTHING like in the pictures advertised. There was no dresser for us to put our personal belongs in, so we had to leave our clothing and hygiene products in the suitcase. It was very inconvenient to keep going to the suitcase to change clothing and get hygiene products daily. There was NO mention of loud music playing every day in the evening. Least to say the noises of cars and motorcycles revinng their engines while we are trying to sleep. Finally, I must say Carmen would return my call the following morning in regards to us not being able to connect to the tv. Unfortunately, she was never able to fix the issue in the morning when we were there. Carmen would tell us to call her in the afternoon when we were done running our errands. The advertisement of this place is false advertisement, deceitful, misleading and purposely with held information off Expedia.

Summary: The owner, Carmen was so amazing. She made me feel welcome. Area isn’t around tourist attractions, it’s very quiet at night. I would definitely come back here my next visit to Puerto Rico.

Summary: Fair for price, located in a good spot quick access to old san juan and san juan but got louder at night and wouldn't recommend for solo female traveler.

Summary: The area is a bit rough but perfect for an overnight stay. A quick shower, day light and off to the next town. I’m under the impression the bar downstairs is bringing in the revenue for the hostel. It was very sketchy to walk into a bar and ask for room keys. The lady was pleasant enough but it definitely threw me off. The room was large with 2 full size beds and a modern bathroom. I would stay again in an emergency.

Summary: This is not a place for picky people. The hotel is located in a ghetto area. The check in is done in a bodega on the first floor of the building and depending on the day, it might be difficult to get a hold of the person in charge. There are some very steep steps to go up to the hotel room area. The room however is pretty ok, the cleanliness left a bit to be desired, but it was not bad overall. It is a cheap hotel and thats exactly what u get. But given its location, 7 minute drive to the coliseum Jose Miguel Agrelot. I'd say that it's a great stay if youre just looking for a place to stay close to the convention center or coliseum.

Summary: The room was clean. Towels were nice. Sheets were ok. Extra sheet was very soft. Hand/bath soaps were appreciated. AC was good (although hot upon arrival.). Check-in was confusing and neighbor had to help even though we called called/contacted our arrival ahead of time. Check-in would’ve been quick and easy if host had simply texted the codes to us ahead of time.
