Positive: New, clean, spacious, comfortable. Quiet and safe location, although a bit far away from the centre it is easily reachable by taxi and not expensive. Availability to offer breakfast que early, due to early departure to find tours. The business owner was very kind and helpful and the overall service was good

Negative: Bathroom seemed unfinished. There was a huge hole for probably ventilation, where rats could easily get inside through... Would be nice to have that one covered. I was initially given a different room (cheaper and at ground floor) than the one I booked (upper level with balcony) and the girl from the reception tried to convince me that it was the room I booked, when it was clear from both the pictures and the description that it wasn't the case. It turned out my room was actually occupied or not cleaned and after insisting that I wanted what I paid for or a discount, I was given a bigger room in the end. While overall they seemed all great, I just don't appreciate that I needed to insist on such things and even worse, the feeling of being tricked into something... I also washed some clothes and the same girl from the reception came to tell me that I can't hang them on the balcony because the neighbours complain. It was past 22:00, there were no neighbours to complain, I said I'll just leave them overnight, and nice then in at 5am. I was offered to take them in a designated area to dry clothes at the upper level, I didn't want to waste time early in the morning to go and collect them so I moved them in. Again, I understand if it ruins the view, I can understand if it's the rule, but telling me neighbours are complaining was a lie. I could have taken a respectful truth instead.
