Positive: It was a cozy traditional house with tatami rooms and futon. out of the way of the city bustle, but close to the ferry and bus terminal. I had the place to myself on the weekday. I arrived a bit late due to my own mistakes and the owners were very kind about it!

Negative: A bit bright with the shoji screens, but that's to be expected. The shoji rattle on windy nights, but could easily be fixed by cracking the doors open a bit.

Summary: I had a restful and quiet stay and loved the vibes. Sleeping on tatami always makes me happy.

Positive: This was such a lovely place and I felt really at home. The breakfast is amazing and the hosts are wonderful. Can also recommend the meditative treatment with Indian herbs you can book with Emi. Just perfect :-)
