Positive: Diego’s house was really nice with two terraces, garden and horses right outside the house. Diego also provided a cot and high chair for our baby. We enjoyed our stay!

Positive: Diego is a remarkable host who provided us with plenty of useful information about the area. The apartment is traditional, full of authentic features, and very clean. There is a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy watching Diego’s beautiful horses. If we are back in the area, we will definitely try to book Horse House again.

Positive: Beautiful location at the end of a quiet lane, with views off Etna hillside, over a horse paddock with fine horses, staying in an extremely well thought out private apartment with well stocked kitchen (choice of coffees) / dining / room, large and comfortable bedroom and very clean bathroom. The host is very helpful and welcoming. We wish we had stayed longer. The local village is delightful and has a very helpful post office, great coffee shops and local store.
Summary: Unique and special, quiet and spacious rural retreat.

Positive: Great location for Etna excursion and Catania exploration. Spacious enough for a couple with a small child. Horses just outside the window are beyond cute! Friendly host, clean, comfortable.
Negative: Trash containers are located outside the door, not very convenient.

Positive: Really nice, cosy and quiet apartment in Sycilian style close to Etna (20 minutes drive). You can find there everything that you need : coffee machine, storage full of food for breakfast and all needed dishes.Diego is wonderful and wery helpful host.
