Positive: Stunning views from the villa, great accommodation, tasteful interior. Everything worked very well. Communication with our host was excellent. 100% recommendation!

Negative: Lots of building work going on in the surrounding area but guess this is happening on the whole island at the moment.

Positive: Stunning view from the pool area. Spacious, clean and fully kitted out kitchen and living area which perfectly accommodated our group. Super comfy beds and both a sauna and cold plunge which was a surprise to find. For the nightly price this place was perfect. Would recommend if visiting Koh Phangan!

Negative: There were no issues. Would just note if arriving on mopeds / bikes the ramp up to the property is pretty steep.

Positive: We had a great stay in this brand new contemporary villa! Super-comfortable, spacious, with lots of light, and the lovely feeling to be close to nature. The house also boasts stunning panoramic sea and mountain views, that we enjoyed very much. Perfectly located in a quiet area, though only 5 min away from Srithanu village and beach, 10 min from Haad Yao. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival by Nadia who has been very helpful during our stay. Perfect place for spending time with friends. Would come back again!

Positive: Brand new villa, amazing views and perfect location. Bedding and linen were top quality. Kitchen well equipped with water dispenser. Loved the sauna/ice bath chilling space. Very nice deco. We enjoyed our stay very much and will book this villa again. Super peaceful at night, perfect for stargazing. Some minor construction noise during day time but we had great discount because/thanks to it :) efficient communication, easy check in/check out. Perfect stay.

Negative: Everything was great.

Summary: Highly recommend! Will book again. Best location, beautiful villa.

Positive: As soon as we entered the house we have been amazed by the size of the living room and the sea view! The house is huge and super confortable. We enjoyed the view over Srithanu and the sauna/ice bath! This was definitely a plus. The house is perfectly located so it is super easy to access the main spots of the island. We will definitely come back.

Negative: The road slope was a bit challenging. And sometimes would hear some construction noise near by.

Summary: Overall super nice staying, will definitely come back, especially for the sauna ice bath and the gorgeous view!
