Summary: Very disappointing. Out of the eight lights in the place only three of them worked. Hair on the sheets hair in the bathtub shower leaked water pressure terrible.

Summary: We booked two rooms for our family trip. To be honest, I didn’t read the Google reviews before making the reservation; if I had, I probably would have skipped this hotel. However, we got lucky: the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the view is wonderful. From our rooms, we can see the pier, and it is beautiful. The only downside is that the route from the reception to the rooms is a bit like a maze.

Summary: Everything was excellent, service, comfy bed, clean rooms and bathroom. Only downside was broken curtain which meant we couldn’t close off the balcony windows to the light

Summary: it is reasonable if you want something cheap but not fancy. Very old facility, gym and sauna dont work. holes in walls and moldy. but comfortable beds, big room. the restaurant and bar was impressive. overall average stay. price of $160 a night is very reasonable.

Summary: The first night we arrived at 7:30 and went to get a meal and they shut the restaurant because it ‘was quiet’ and we had no dinner that evening. Steak night was a thin 7mm piece of god knows what (not rump) which was not more than a steak sandwich meat. Vegetables were terrible. We didn’t eat there after this and went out to an awesome nearly Italian restaurant! The room was okay but clearly dated and not clean. We had a blocked toilet our whole stay and every time I went to reception I could never raise anyone to speak about it. We couldn’t get fresh towels in 3 days and there is a note in your room that you have to PAY to get room service. Give me a break! There’s a reason this place is cheap. If you’re not expecting much then this place is for you. Location is okay because we had a hire car.

Summary: The check in person was insulting and rude. The check in person was too invasive and personal without professionalism and the proper training to be in the position. The room was nice and comfortable but a bit awkward to get to due to improper staff directions. The hotel itself was hard to find, with gps directing me through a residential unit place to an eventual private unassuming street that had a small sign to the hotel.

Summary: Rang over 15 times on the mobile Listed but no answer was hoping for half hour early check in - no answer and didn’t return calls Got there at 1.30 and was promptly sent away “for coffee” Cheap and clean but still like a business to answer an advertised phone line

Summary: The bathroom had a used cotton bud on the floor and there was hair in the bath the type of some had shaved in it and not rinsed it. The hallway floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a long time. The pizza from the bar was nice. The restaurant looked unorganised.
